Born and raised in Calgary, Rachelle completed the Veterinary Office Assistant Program at Robertson College in 2007. After nearly 8 years in small animal medicine working as a technologist assistant and receptionist, both in a busy emergency and referral hospital and in general practice, she made the leap to large animal medicine and started with Moore Equine in 2014. On the side, she also operates a photography and pet portrait art business. She spends what little free time she has left with her family and far too many pets.
Tami has joined Moore Equine as a receptionist and she comes to us with an extensive background in varied administrative roles. She also has a lifetime experience working with various types of horses. She started out riding the Quarter Horse ranch horses on the farm she grew up on and then when she was 10 she started helping out a neighbor that at the time was raising and training Standardbred racehorses. After several years the neighbor returned to her roots of training Saddlebreds and Morgans and Tami was hired on full time and worked there for many years. Tami fell in love with the horse show world and the fancy show horses and has never stopped, she continues to ride and show Morgan show horses.
Prior to starting with Moore Equine in July of 2022, Kelli worked in the financial industry for fourteen years in various credit and investment roles. An avid equestrian enthusiast, she barrel raced competitively before moving into show jumping in 2012. Raised on a ranch west of Turner Valley, she spends her spare time hiking and camping in the back country.
Kirsty has been working at Moore Equine since summer of 2010 as a full time stable hand. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dogs and her horse. As well, Kirsty enjoys training and competing in the dressage ring.
