•    You’re detail-oriented and take pride in tracking a patient’s progress
•    You want to keep building your skills alongside veterinarians who will invest in your growth
•    Are the type to say “I can help with that” even outside of your usual lane
•    You’re comfortable being a calm, steady presence for clients navigating a horse’s injury or setback

What You Bring:
•    A flexible go-where-needed mindset – you’re comfortable when the plan changes
•    Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, jogging up to 10 mins multiple times per day, bending and crouching for extended periods
•    Current registration as a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) in good standing.
•    Valid driver’s license
•    Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude
•    Ability to manage a varied schedule, including some early mornings, late days and travel within our practice area

What we offer:
•    Competitive wage, commensurate with experience
•    Opportunity to work alongside experienced sports medicine veterinarian on a caseload of high-performance sport horses
•    Continuing education support
•    Health & dental benefits
•    Mental health support
•    Access to Altano network resources and career development opportunities
