After years of planning, Moore Equine’s second facility, Moore Equine South, has opened. Located on a pristine 10-acre tract, adjacent to the Calgary Polo Club, Moore Equine South boasts 22 stalls, 29 paddocks, all with shelters and bedded, and an extensive indoor barn for treatments and evaluations.
Under the direction of Board Certified Reproduction Specialist, Dr. Chris Berezowski, the facility is a full-service breeding site where stallions are collected to breed on site, semen is shipped or frozen, and foaling out services are provided, monitored day and night by veterinarians. In addition, the full range of veterinary services, except for bone scans and surgery, are offered.
‘We’re so happy with the facility,” says South Clinic manager, Angie Benson. “And I have heard again and again from clients how happy they are to come here.”
