The lectures and practical sessions of this course provide the equine practitioner with the knowledge and practical skills to confidently deal with the neonatal and post-neonatal foal in first opinion practice and with the decision making when to refer to a dedicated neonatal intensive care unit. The world-renowned panel offoal care experts consisting of Professor Pam Wilkins (Univ. of Illinois, USA), Dr. Ben Buchanan (Brazos Valley Equine Hospital, Navasota, TX, USA) and Dr. Jennifer Fowlie (Equine Surgeon, Moore Equine Veterinary Centre, Calgary, Canada) will share their wealth of experience through highly-illustrated interactive lectures. - Use of Bandages, Splints & Casts on mannequins/specimens
